Forging magic items is a difficult and hard process.
No skill bonus to damage. General rule of all magic items. Only skill of user.
d20 + your casting Skill Modifier
vs.
10 + (2 x Power Level of Item) + Item Creation Modifiers
Item Creation Modifiers (modifies a single venture casting)
+0 if you cast the spell innate
+2 if you cast the spell encounter
+4 if you cast the spell venture
You can use the power:
+0 you must have the ability (enhancement only)
+2 for venture spell
+4 for encounter spell
+8 for innate spell
+1 for every Secondary Component that is elevated (for each sphere)
Aspect:
Craft consumable magic item - item is consumed (Standard Action)
Craft charged magic item
Fail on a 1, then 1 or 2, then 1 - 3, then discharged!
Consumable - 1 Charge
Constant Item - No limit.
Charged 1 - 57 charges (+19)
Charged 2 - 37 charges (+9)
Charged 3 - 17 charges (+6)
Charged 4 - 7 charges (+5)
Charged 5 - No charges.
Craft enchanted magic item - item needs focus (Quick Action every round)
Craft constant magic item - item does not need focus
Craft magic arms and armor - forge magic arms and armor.
