Experimental Metamagic Feats...

  • Split Mind developed by Christian Stone <xtian@stonescape.net>
    • Prerequisite:Must be a Mentalist or have access to the mental domain feat.
    • Benefit: You are able to isolate a piece of your mind to focus on maintaining concentration on spells. You may attempt any action that would normally prohibit further concentration of a spell, including the casting of a second spell, and continue to maintain concentration of the first spell with a sucessful concentration check of DC 15 + the level of the spell. This feat only allows you to maintain concentration of one spell at a time.
  • Superior Split Mind (under deelopment)developed by Christian Stone <xtian@stonescape.net>
    • Prerequisite: Split Mind Feat, Concentration 8 ranks
    • Benefit: You have trained a part of your mind to operate completely independently of the rest. You are capable of concentrating on two spells at one time. You must, however, roll seperate concentration checks each time a concentration check is required.
  • New Feats (You may use these but may lose them at any time.)
    • Craft Mirror [Item Creation] developed by Christian Stone <xtian@stonescape.net>
      • Prerequisite: Arcane Spellcaster Level 3+, Int 13+
      • Benefit: You can create flat and curved surface mirrors. Enchanting a mirror takes 1 day for each 1000 gp in its price, and costs half as much as the original. A failed roll indicates that the mirror is useless, and the materials are lost. A failure by 1 or 2 can indicate that the mirror works, but not as anticipated. There are two kinds of mirrors: flat and convex. A curved mirror can focus on extraplanar or elemental worlds, and is useful for a number of causes. Flat mirrors are easier to make and can wormhole within the own plane, focusing on various places, or people.
